- Device Information: We may collect information about the device used to access the App, such as the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and IP address. This helps us optimize the App for different devices and troubleshoot issues.
C. Storage Location of Information:
- On Your Device: Your child's first name, age/birthdate, and the content created for them are primarily stored on your device.
- On Our Servers: To provide personalized recommendations and improve our Services, your child's first name (or a de-identified identifier), age/birthdate, and their learning profile are securely transmitted to and stored on our servers.
D. Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
Currently, our App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for advertising purposes. We may use essential operational technologies to ensure the App functions correctly and to gather anonymized analytics to improve our service. We are committed to minimizing tracking, especially concerning children.

- No Third-Party Advertising: The App does not display third-party advertisements.
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting for our servers, analytics (using anonymized/aggregated data), and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect the information, use it solely for the services they provide to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Anonymized or Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized or aggregated data (which does not identify any individual) for research, statistical analysis, or to improve our Services.
- Legal Requirements and Safety: We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (such as a subpoena or court order), to protect and defend our rights or property, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or to protect against legal liability.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding, user information, including personal information, may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our App of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
4. Your Rights and Choices (Parental Rights)
As a parent or guardian, you have certain rights regarding your child’s personal information. These include:
- Access and Review: You have the right to access and review the personal information we have collected from your child.

- Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your child’s personal information from our servers.
- Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to our further collection, use, or disclosure of your child’s personal information at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may result in your child being unable to continue using some or all features of the App.
You can also stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it from your device. However, this will not automatically delete information already sent to our servers; you will need to contact us for deletion requests.
5. Children's Privacy and COPPA
Our App is directed to children under the age of 13, and we are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information from children. For more detailed information on our practices regarding children's personal information, please review our COPPA Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your child’s personal information stored on our servers for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. Information stored locally on your device remains on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the App.
We may also retain personal information for a longer period if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes (such as improving our AI models using anonymized data).
Upon request for account deletion or withdrawal of consent leading to data deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete your child’s personal information from our active servers, subject to our retention needs mentioned above.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we collect. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
8. International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including personal information, will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. By using our Services or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our App’s main screen or sending you an email notification). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
